Shipping Information

1. Frozen Food Shipping:

  • We do our best to ensure your frozen goods arrive in perfect condition by packing them in insulated boxes with ice packs. However, we can't guarantee they'll stay completely frozen during transit and are not responsible for any thawing that might happen.
  • If the food is slightly soft when it arrives, no worries! Just pop it in the freezer, and it will be good to use.

2. Delivery Information:

  • All orders with frozen food will be sent via next-day morning delivery, usually between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
  • For orders without frozen items, we’ll send you a text with a delivery time slot if you’ve provided a mobile number.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery on the expected day — we’d hate for you to miss it!

3. Delivery Instructions:

  • The courier will try delivering once. If no one is available, they may leave it with a neighbour or return it to the depot for redelivery the next day.
  • If you'd prefer to have your order left in a safe place, just let us know ahead of time and leave a note on your door. Please remember that you’ll be responsible for the package once it’s left safely.
  • When your package arrives, please take it inside before opening. If there’s anything wrong with the contents, just reach out to us right away.
  • Please don’t refuse the delivery unless we’ve asked you to do so in writing — we want to make things right for you!

4. Shipping Areas and Restrictions:

  • We can ship frozen food to most of mainland UK, but unfortunately, there are a few areas we can't reach (see our list for details). At this time, we’re unable to ship frozen items offshore.
  • Non-frozen goods can be shipped anywhere in mainland UK except for certain areas, with shipping costs shown at checkout.
  • If you’re in the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, or other offshore areas, please contact us for a delivery quote — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
  • If you’d like to use your own courier, please contact us to make arrangements. You would be responsible for the shipment’s condition upon delivery.

5. Delivery Confirmation and Damage Reporting:

  • We kindly ask that you sign for all deliveries and check the exterior for any visible damage.
  • If there is any damage, please let the courier know and contact us immediately by phone or email — we’re here to help!

6. Handling Damaged or Spoiled Goods:

  • If your order doesn’t arrive in the condition you expected, make a note of it when you sign and get in touch with us right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Please keep the items and take photos if needed; don’t dispose of anything unless we’ve given you the go-ahead.
